    Opis

    Position Overview

    The Business Analyst will support the Commercial Excellence team to develop our CRM strategy and capabilities, ensuring we have the optimal CRM system to enhance our sales force effectiveness. They will work closely with the Sales Force Effectiveness Manager, Field Operations Manager and Sales Operations Manager to translate the requirements of each in respect of our CRM system and ensure they are effectively communicated to our IT Team for accurate and timely configuration.

    This position is office-based and reports to the Director of Operational Effectiveness & Commercial Excellence.

    Essential Duties

    Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Responsible for Veeva projects between CommEx and IT.
  • Requirement gathering from CommEx, Salesforce & IT.
  • Monitoring and tracking UAT.
  • Feedback on improvements to CRM.
  • Translation of requirements to IT.
  • Supporting SFE lead on Veeva/CRM training – technical knowledge.
  • Support SFE/Field Ops to translate KPIs to Veeva.
  • Support Sales Ops on Veeva reporting, data configuration based on Veeva data models, translation of reporting.
  • Future improvements for Veeva.
  • Basic training of sales team on Veeva, POC to triage inbound calls on Veeva.
  • Work with US IT team to discuss requirement gathering for internal database.

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous CRM experience, ideally Veeva.
  • 2+ years' experience in similar role.
  • Worked with Commercial Excellence or SFE function before, ideally with a Pharmaceutical, MedTech, Biotech company.
  • Comprehensive understanding of databases, CRM, requirement gathering, ideally Veeva.
  • Fluency in the English language (C1 or above per CEFR framework).
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work with both business and technical teams to carry out projects.
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Good Excel knowledge (PivotTable, Power Pivot, Vlookup, Xlookup, Index Match).
  • Good organizational skills, including efficiency and punctuality.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, finance, or relevant field.
  • Extensive CRM experience with Veeva and (SFDC).
  • 5+ years' experience in similar role.
  • Worked for Commercial Excellence or SFE function before, ideally with a Pharmaceutical, MedTech, Biotech company.
  • Fluency in the English language (C1 or above per CEFR framework).
  • Experience in molecular biology, genomics, translational science, and/or personalized medicine.
  • Knowledge of other European languages (French, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish) and/or Japanese.
