- Be responsible to understand and document business requirements towards TPM solution.
- Be responsible for Salesforce CG Cloud TPM solution configuration.
- Present Salesforce TPM configuration options to solve for business requirements.
- Understand and configure data flows within TPM ecosystem: Salesforce TPM, SAP ERP, Demand Planning, Reporting
- Work directly with product managers, product owners and business users to test and accept solution configurations.
- Work with user experience designers on UX/UI configuration of Salesforce TPM platform.
- Gather user feedback on solution design and configuration.
- Work withing multinational environment supporting global transformation program across global geographies.
- 3 years of Salesforce CG cloud experience – Salesforce TPM preferably, other acceptable – Retail Execution or Sales Cloud CRM.
- System configuration .
- Integration/data flow design .
- UX/UI configuration .
- Experience working with sales and trade management users and stakeholders.
- Experience working in large scale programs/transformations and multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English (German , French, Polish a plus ).
- Ability to work US East Coast hours.
- Travel - 20% per year.
