    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities The Software Quality Control Analyst will execute manual software testing and quality processes for all Corporate IT Enterprise Quality Management initiatives for regression testing, service packs, and small projects. In that role you will be testing ERP/CRM system (SAP) and integrated systems.

    Your tasks:
    • Research and define regression test scripts and shepherd requirements traceability process in Quality Center.
    • Plan and execute monthly service pack test labs (manual tests) across multiple cycles and environments.
    • Update existing regression test bed cases and traceability matrix as needed for project regression testing, service packs, automation, fixes, business service requests (BSRs), and change requests (CRs or RFCs).
    • Continually maintain and improve global test data set across environments.
    • Plan and conduct regression testing across multiple cycles and environments for large new projects, in conjunction with multiple other testers.
    • Efficiently report detailed and traceable defects.
    • Participate in team reviews of defects and test cases.
    • Provide peer review for test deliverables.
    • Verify bug fixes quickly and efficiently.
    • Serve as guardian and gatekeeper of a critical team asset, the regression test bed.
    What You Need to Succeed
    • Bachelor's degree in the field of Business or Technology;
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in test planning, writing, and executing tests of business applications and systems or experience as an end user in ERP / CRM application environment with understanding of SDLC;
    • Very good knowledge of English;
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
    • Problem solving attitude and team player;
    • Due to the characteristics of projects this work might require (very rarely but still) work in the night hours or during the weekends, so the candidate have to be available to work in such conditions.
    That will be your additional asset:
    • ISTQB certification or other equivalent knowledge and understanding of change management process.
    • Experience in e-commerce platform testing.
