    Opis

    As a CRM Expert, you will manage the implementation of our CRM platform aligning with stakeholder needs and ensuring a positive, rewarding experience for our Commercial Team Members.
    Administer the day-to-day of our CRM, including but not limited to creating accounts and login credentials, reports, and dashboards, as well as managing workflows and marketing activity integrations.

    • Administer the day-to-day of our CRM, including but not limited to creating accounts and login credentials, reports, and dashboards, as well as managing workflows and marketing activity integrations
    • Create and maintain CRM procedures, training, and processes
    • Act as the internal champion and trainer for CRM, with a focus on enabling our sales team to provide greater value to our customers
    • Partner and collaborate across multiple business functions to develop customizations, optimizations, and best practices
    • Work closely with our sales and marketing leadership to define and document opportunities to enhance the platform and its integrated systems
    • Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts and coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
    • Other support or duties as needed​

    Our expectations:

    • 3- 5 years of relevant experience
    • Goal-oriented and focused on optimization, while still managing daily activities
    • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
    • High level of technological literacy, with an acumen for quickly learning new technologies
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and individuals
    • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities
    • High competency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Sales Administration experience
