- PM services in relation to the real estate properties owned by the Employer.
- Third parties' legal documentation agenda related to administration and maintenance of the properties.
- Documentation related to suppliers' invoices.
- Tenants' documentation (update, collect, check).
- Technical operation and maintenance documentation/ agenda.
- Planning, and coordinating technical operation and maintenance of the properties.
- Insurance documentation/agenda administration.
- Close and effective communication and coordination with all P3 departments (especially with the financial and management teams of the Employer.
- Other tasks assigned by the management of the company.
- Experience in property management (industrial real estate, retail etc.)
- Responsible, being able to solve issues independently in all tasks
- English and Polish language skills on a professional level
- Driving license, category B
- Stability of an international company (one of the leading industrial real estate developers on the European market)
