    WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our corporate Asset Management team.

    As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of real estate portfolio management and financial analysis. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the strategic decision-making process.

    SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

    • Participate in bi-annual internal portfolio valuations.
    • Prepare internal valuations for acquisition purposes.
    • Collect and prepare data for portfolio valuation.
    • Work collaboratively with third-party valuation service providers and auditors throughout the valuation process.
    • Prepare valuation analysis for the property valuation process.
    • Analyze financial and business parameters for newly proposed leases.
    • Contribute to all analytical output from the Polish office, including portfolio yields, developments, acquisitions, and disposals.
    • Assist in creating models and tools to enhance understanding of portfolio performance at an asset level.
    • Conduct research on available economic and real estate market data.
    • Assist the board and team members with ad hoc requests.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field
    • 2-4 years of experience in Property / business analysis or property valuation incl. experience with larger portfolio analysis / data analysis (preferably real estate)
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Previous experience in a valuation department or real estate analysis is advantageous
