    Opis

    Do Działu Marketingu poszukujemy Lidera (przez duże L :)). Osoby, która podejmie się zarządzania obecnie dwoma osobnymi zespołami Grafików oraz Copywriterów i zbuduje jeden wspólny Zespół Creative, którego celem będzie tworzenie różnego rodzaju materiałów na rynki międzynarodowe w zgodzie z naszym brandem i najnowszymi trendami.

    Główne obowiązki:

    • Zarządzanie brand identity oraz brandbookiem marki, zapewniając spójność wizerunku
    • Generowanie innowacyjnych koncepcji kampanii lokalnych i globalnych
    • Konwersja koncepcji na projekty i formaty, obejmując m.in. key visual, display, social media i landing page
    • Nadzór nad procesem tworzenia materiałów reklamowych i promocyjnych
    • Prowadzenie burzy mózgów oraz ścisła współpraca z Dyrektorką Marketingu i Liderami innych Zespołów (Performance, Social Media, PR, International)
    • Monitorowanie i dbanie o wizerunek marki i firmy
    • Utrzymywanie wysokich standardów kreatywnych i estetycznych w projektach
    • Weryfikacja projektów w zespole kreatywnym
    • Optymalizacja pracy działu w celu efektywnego prowadzenia działań na 19 rynkach
    • Motywowanie i rozwijanie umiejętności zespołu kreatywnego
    • Śledzenie trendów w reklamie, marketingu i mediach społecznościowych

    Mile widziane:

    • Doświadczenie związane z Content Marketingiem / Copywritingiem

    Oczekiwania:

    • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku, wraz z doświadczeniem w zarządzaniu zespołem
    • Znajomość Adobe CS
    • Doświadczenie w tworzeniu dużych, platformowych kampanii z adaptacją na różne touchpointy
    • Zrozumienie digital marketingu i e-commerce
    • Ciekawe portfolio demonstrujące kreatywność i skuteczność kampanii
    • Otwartość i zdolności organizacyjne
    • Doskonałe umiejętności kreatywne w generowaniu innowacyjnych pomysłów
    • Zainteresowanie lub doświadczenie w wykorzystaniu technologii sztucznej inteligencji w projektach kreatywnych
    • Mile widziane doświadczenie w projektach międzynarodowych
    • Biegła znajomość zasad designu i projektowania oraz ich zastosowania w marketingu i brandingu
    • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym
