how you will contribute

As a customer experience specialist, you will have an important role in shaping the future of Randstad through the support of the global CX program deployment in our organization across the world. You'll lead the digital experience measurement part of the program and advise countries on digital properties optimisations and best practices.

zadania

what you will be doing

support technical implementation leader on all Medallia Experience Cloud functionalities deployment and run among all operating companies in multiple countries.
lead the end-to-end implementation of Medallia Digital and Medallia DXA in multiple countries, ensuring a consistent and cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.
collaborate with stakeholders from each business unit to understand unique requirements, gather insights, and tailor the implementation strategy accordingly.
script and customize short surveys using Medallia's platform to capture relevant data points that align with business goals.
conduct data analysis on collected feedback to derive actionable insights that drive improvements in our digital experiences.
work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing and IT, to ensure seamless integration of Medallia solutions into existing systems.
provide training and guidance to business teams on effectively utilizing Medallia's tools for digital experience optimization.
drive the transition process from Hotjar to Medallia, highlighting the benefits of the new platform and addressing any concerns or challenges.
collaborate with internal teams and Medallia's support to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the implementation process.
stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital experience management and customer feedback analysis.
