- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate financial performance and metrics to stakeholders across the organization.
- Performs advanced trend and variance analyses; incorporates data from different areas and synthesizes. Insightful analysis driven by data analytics and deep understanding of financial processes, accounting principles and financial systems.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive improved business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency.
- Participates in financial performance management across the business: tracks ongoing performance vs objectives, prepares outlook and latest estimates, identifies risks & opportunities, makes recommendations to business partners.
- Ensures pro-active business partnering with functional leaders; supports implementation of smooth processes to facilitate on time and accurate information gathering; ensures consistent and compliant financial closing and reporting process.
- Drives the preparation of high-quality performance reviews in various governance meetings.
- Supports decision-making of the Executive Leadership Team to drive results and actively contributes to operational objectives.
- Manages risks & opportunities, proactively flags and remediates potential issues, ensures proper follow-up on corrective actions.
- Participates in the annual budgeting, rolling forecast and planning processes; communicates in a timely, structured and standardized basis.
- Constantly upgrade tools, processes, reports and metrics to accurately forecast business results and proactively manage performance to meet financial objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field and min. 3 years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong technical skills and thorough knowledge of Accounting and Finance, theory and practice.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
- Data & reporting mindset.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure, within tight deadlines and in the dynamic/fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate proficiently in English - C1.
- Experience of Power BI
