    Opis

    Role: FP&A Analyst

    Location: Krakow

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly management reports and variance analysis, comparing actuals to latest forecast, budget, and prior year, while comprehending underlying monthly variances and performance trends.
  • Evaluate monthly financial and operational results to best support strategic decision-making and achieve budget targets
  • Analyse, report and interpret financial and non-financial KPIs
  • Assist with completion of quarterly commentary and presentations for senior management
  • Track and troubleshoot resulting actions from inception to achievement
  • Identify key actions to address variances and collaborate with colleagues to find resolutions.
  • Build strong business interaction and communications with internal customers
  • Ad-hoc financial reporting analysis and queries
  • Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing financial processes and engage in continuous improvement of the FP&A function
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required

    • Ideal candidate will have the following background:

  • Previous FP&A experience and Financial
  • Solid understanding of commercial, financial and accounting concepts
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly motivated – able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
