- Compliance Guru: Take charge of reporting to local tax authorities and ensure adherence to internal financial controls within the facility.
- Strategic Insight: Provide financial inputs for monthly business unit reviews, supporting strategic plans and Capital Expenditure Requests.
- Business Partnership: Be a collaborative business partner to senior stakeholders, providing actionable insights and data for informed decision-making.
- Process Efficiency: Drive process improvements in Finance, ensuring efficient information provision to key stakeholders.
- 5-7 years of business controlling or accounting experience, preferably in FP&A.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in Polish GAAP and tax regulations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP, and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HFM is a plus.
