    Opis
    • Analyze working capital, cash, and inventory for assigned countries/legal entities.
    • Apply guidelines for cash management, working capital, and inventory management.
    • Conduct variance analysis and provide initial commentary.
    • Support action-driving with the team.
    • Implement relevant controls.
    • Prepare reports, investigate variances, provide initial commentary, and identify root causes.
    • Collaborate with Financial Operations and Business Partner clusters.
    • Participate in the implementation and maintenance of systems, processes, documentation, projects, and programs related to relevant policies and practices.

    • A minimum of 6 years experience in a Shared Services environment
    • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Controlling or Accounting
    • Knowledge of Finance in general and Cash Forecasting / Working Capital in particular
    • Hands-on experience of Shared Services transition a plus
    • Fluent in English - Polish (additional European languages will be an asset)
    • Availability to travel abroad during the Transition phase - and then occasionally
