- Checking the quality and completeness of the information entered
- Analizing and regulating discrepancies reported by Middle-Office Control and other stakeholders
- Coordination between Front Office and all support functions (Middle-Office Control, Back-Office, Risk Department, Finance Department) on the processing of requests for information and the resolution of problems
- Monitoring the life cycle of operations
- Participating in the department's cross-functional projects and tasks: Monitoring cross-functional issues (systems, financial, accounting) Participation in projects to secure and increase the reliability of the control system Participation in team process automation and convergence projects Participation in impact analysis for the development of new activities Participation in the production of risk indicators (KRI) or performance indicators (KPI) for the team's activities
- 2-3 years of experience in market finance which enabled acquiring technical knowledge of financial products and functional knowledge of transaction modeling processes
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of exotic products is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel is essential for this position
- Knowledge of Python is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Team player
- Ability to work between 8AM – 19PM CET
