- You will build relationships and rapport with customers to win business by analysing their supply chains, identifying points of waste/cost and presenting IFCO value proposition.
- Conducting business analysis of opportunities, identifying prospect customers and category market gaps which IFCO can address.
- Provide information, e.g. pricing, risk, volumes, for upcoming tenders/proposals and new business.
- Conducting value chain analysis for prospective customers, understanding how IFCO can meet their needs and maximise value creation
- You will be an ambassador for IFCO and its circular business model, exploring every opportunity to eliminate single-use packaging.
- You will actively seek out and work with industry associations and organisations.

- Understanding customer requirements and accurately interpreting underlying needs, buying patterns, change drivers, influencers, and direction.
- You will extract and define the key drivers in the customer's decision-making process.
- Delivering annual budgeted volumes for the new business in the Polish market
- Developing strong business relationships across all levels of the business
- Representing the company at local and international trade shows and conferences
- University Degree required or comparable education Sales management knowledge in service industries (preferably with retail, packaging, supply chain or fresh produce industries as fruit and vegetables, meat, diary)
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- Several years in commercial/sales roles
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A plus is represented by the knowledge of the fresh food categories, supply chain, packaging, pooling or retail
- Fluent English and Polish, other European language would be a plus
- Enhanced presentation, negotiation, and communication skills – both written & oral
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to management, employee, customer and supplier queries and demands.
- Ability to develop strong business relationships across all levels of the business
- Ability to reach a quick understanding of customer requirements, accurately interpret underlying needs, buying behaviour, change drivers, influencers, and direction.
