- Raising and keeping records of Customer tickets in JIRA ticketing portal,
- Providing front-line customer support primarily through JIRA, but also via phone and email,
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate solutions and guidance,
- Working closely with the second support line,
- Liaising with other departments to provide a speedy and quality resolution to our Customers,
- Ensuring the highest level of Customer service,
- Other administrative duties,
- At least one year experience in a similar position,
- Ability to use Helpdesk/Jira ticketing system,
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Experience in providing excellent Customer service,
- Very good organization skills with the ability to multitask,
- Ability to work efficiently within a team,
- Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in Polish,
- Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package,
