- Erstellung von Dokumentationen der Anfragen
- Vermitteln der Kundenanforderungen an die Entwicklungsabteilung
- HAK Abschluss oder FH Studium bzw. mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahr. im Bereich Rechnungswesen/Buchhaltung
- Verständnis für Software und Unternehmensabläufe
- Freude am telefonischen Umgang mit Kunden und gute sprachliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit
- Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Profil:
Wünschenswert wären EDV Kenntnisse inkl. SQL und Programmier-Knowhow sowie Detail-Wissen in den Unternehmensabläufen in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen (z.B. AVZ, Kostenrechnung und grundsätzliche buchhalterische Abläufe).
