    TimeCamp is a SaaS company developing TimeCamp - a time-tracking application for professional business services companies. We have been in the market for 14 years and serve over 3900 customers globally. We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Team and build exceptional relations with our enterprise clients.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Planning and managing the growth of your client's portfolio (around 30 key clients), by driving adoption, retention, and expansion
    • Proactively identifying upsell opportunities and mitigating churn risks
    • Collaboration with Sales Team, to ensure smooth handoff and successful onboarding of new enterprise clients
    • Managing software implementation or custom projects and collaborating with key stakeholders
    • Collaboration with Customer Support Team, to address clients' issues and make sure they are resolved in a timely manner
    • Collaboration with Product Team & the rest of the company to share insights about clients' use cases, feature needs and challenges
    • Becoming a product expert, to be trusted TimeCamp advisor to our clients

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in English at the C1/C2 level (Native speakers are highly preferred) - essential requirement
    • At least 3 years of experience in customer success / account management / project management in SaaS or Software Development company - essential requirement (we're looking for candidates with prior IT experience only)
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Availability to work in flexible hours (we have customers worldwide, so sometimes you need to connect with clients either early in the morning or in the afternoon)
    • Proficiency in other languages (Spanish, German, Portuguese) is nice to have
    • Project management skills and certificates are a big plus

    What We Offer:

    • The base salary is PLN net on B2B or equivalent on an employment contract, depending on experience
    • Monthly commissions between PLN
