- Organizowaniem całego procesu rekrutacji, od etapu wstępnej weryfikacji CV aż po wdrożenie kandydata.
- Rozmowami HR z kandydatami oraz ich weryfikacją językową,
- Pozyskiwaniem nowych osób do zespołu i nawiązywaniem długofalowych relacji z kandydatami,
- Bliską współpracą z topowymi specjalistami z branży AI,
- Współpracą z zewnętrznymi dostawcami z różnych dziedzin (portale z ogłoszeniami, agencje rekrutacyjne, instytucje szkoleniowe, firmy eventowe).
- Minimum 1.5 roku doświadczenia w branży IT (warunek konieczny) oraz dobra znajomość terminologii z zakresu AI i Data Science?
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie C1+?
- Wykazujesz się wybitnymi umiejętnościami interpersonalnymi i bez wysiłku nawiązujesz kontakty z innymi?
- Jesteś osobą skrupulatną, rzetelną i samodzielną?
- Wykazujesz się niezachwianym zaangażowaniem i skutecznymi zdolnościami organizacyjnymi własnej pracy?
- Umowa (B2B lub UZ).
