    For our P&Oteam, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with German.

    The Challenge:

    We arecurrently seeking motivated, technology savvy recruiting professionals to workclosely with our Hiring Managers to proactively secure the best talent for ourhiring plans in Germany. This role will suit individuals with a passion forcustomer excellence and collaboration to meet our hiring needs. As a newcompany that also has a strong heritage, you will have the opportunity to helpshape the future of Siemens Digital Industries Software and help define whatand how things are done.

    You'll make an impact by:

    ·Working directly for the Corporate andHosted Businesses on roles for Germany, you will work alongside a global teamof TA Partners.

    ·End to end responsibility for therecruiting: understanding the German process, relationship with HRBPs and workscouncil framework.

    ·Responsible for being an active member ofthe Global TA community, sharing knowledge and best practice to supportassigned business area.

    ·Maintain a deep understanding of thecurrent labor market trends, competitors and general recruiting trends andintelligence.

    ·Create and maintain excellentrelationships with customers and partners for assigned business area.

    ·Build and maintain a community ofpotential future candidates against hiring plan, ensuring excellentcommunication and experience for our candidates.

    ·Apply multiple creative techniques toproactively identify, source and secure talents through appropriate channelsincluding our ATS, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.

    ·Promote inclusion at Siemens by ensuringdiverse candidate pools for all positions.

    ·Assess candidates by conducting phonescreens and/or video interviews (live and on-demand), document feedback andensure follow-up with hiring managers.

    Your defining qualities:

    ·Demonstrable experience as a TalentAcquisition professional with experience gained from an inhouse, agency or RPOenvironment.

    ·Fluent in German and English (C1).

    ·Experienced in sourcing and networkingwith candidates via multiple social media and channels such as LinkedIn, etc.

    ·Analytical skills with the ability topresent market insights that drive and influence decision making in relation totalent availability and demand.

    ·Customer orientated in managing andexceeding expectations.

    ·Emotionally intelligent - Shows empathy,is self-aware and aware of how others are feeling.

    ·A strong work ethic - Sets high standardsand works diligently and quickly.

    ·Curious - Has a genuine eagerness tounderstand, learn and try new things.

    ·Self-motivated - Sees the big picture witha desire to achieve goals and win. Takes initiative and loves the hunt.

    How do we work?

    You can workboth remote or hybrid – depending of your location.

    Type ofemployment:

    Fixed termcontract: 12 months contract with possibility to extend, employment viaexternal party.
