- Being responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for different level positions (Phone Interviews, F2F Interviews, briefing sessions with Hiring Managers)
- Building a pipeline of qualified candidates by active sourcing in suitable channels (i.e. Linkedin)
- Ensuring the recruitment process is well performed, including high quality of the process, delivery on time, high level of customer satisfaction and candidate experience
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships and trust with all Hiring Managers, business stakeholders, team members and supporting functions (HR, HRBPs)
- Tracking and measuring recruitment data to provide daily and ad-hoc recruitment reports
- Continuously improving ways of working, including implementing process improvements to the talent attraction process
- Contribute to the EB strategy and coordinate the roll-out of the related activities (job fairs, workshops for students)
- University Degree (preferable Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 year of relevant recruiting experience in global organizations / international companies / recruitment agencies
- Experience in conducting end-to-end recruitment process in close collaboration with hiring managers
- Working knowledge of sourcing methods
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
- Proactiveness in proposing improvements and the new ways of working
- Being a team player, collaborates with others to succeed
