    Opis
    Job Description
    • Applies understanding and knowledge of information systems to assist users with technical problems
    • Creates and manages IT hardware and software standards that are published by the client
    • Responsible for staying informed on all hardware upgrades within our environment
    • Provides support for all licensed software installing and troubleshooting all software
    • Break Fix issues
    • Ensures testing certifying and deploying within EIT within the business and with client external partners
    • Maintaining and monitoring the inventory of all the hardware and software resources
    • Implements and oversees execution of system management and control disciplines to ensure data security integrity confidentiality and recoverability
    • Ensures quality targets laid out are met for the processes owned Is obliged to respect all internal regulations and policies
    • Support global EIT projects with knowledge and hands on support
    Qualifications
    • 2-3 years of experience as IT Supporter
    • Knowledge of information systems and desktops laptops, network devices and printers
    • Driving license and willingness to drive few times per month to clients' facilities in Szczytno and Kwidzyn
    • Good communication skills
    • English min. B2 level
