- Act as the primary point of contact offering expert technical support in IT networks and applications to external clinical customers in the healthcare sector.
- Assist customers facing application workflow or technical issues by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of their clinical processes.
- Utilize troubleshooting techniques to analyze and resolve technical IT network and security issues for customers.
- Analyze, document, and independently resolve technical issues effectively.
- Utilize troubleshooting skills to make necessary content adjustments to customer infrastructure and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with other locations, coordinate the local team, and implement required measures alongside the functional lead and/or In-Country manager.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in technical support or administration within software, hardware, networks, databases, and/or desktops.
- Proficiency in Polish AND English (C1 level minimum).
- Additional languages are advantageous: German, French, Spanish, Italian.
- Thorough knowledge of network administration, LAN, WAN protocols (TCP/IP, IPSEC, Firewalls).
- Certifications such as CCNA and/or CCNP from CISCO are beneficial.
- Prior involvement in the healthcare sector.
- Associate Degree in IT or related field; Bachelor's Degree.
- Highly motivated team player with excellent customer service and issue resolution abilities.
- Given the global customer base across different time zones, candidates are required to have flexible working hours (between 7.00 am – 7.00 pm) – schedules are planned in advance, covering a standard 8-hour working day.
