- Zarządzanie i optymalizacja procesów zakupowych dla kategorii pośrednich (takich jak IT, usługi, materiały biurowe).
- Opracowywanie i wdrażanie strategii zakupowej, mającej na celu zwiększenie efektywności i redukcję kosztów.
- Przeprowadzanie analiz rynku oraz identyfikacja i selekcja dostawców zgodnie z potrzebami firmy.
- Prowadzenie negocjacji handlowych mających na celu uzyskanie najlepszych warunków współpracy.
- Monitorowanie i kontrola realizacji umów, weryfikacja dostaw oraz ocena dostawców.
- Współpraca z innymi działami w celu identyfikacji potrzeb zakupowych oraz optymalizacji kosztów.
- Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane na kierunkach typu ekonomia, zarządzanie lub logistyka.
- Minimum 4 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku w dziale zakupów (mile widziani kandydaci związani z branżą retail).
- Umiejętność skutecznego negocjowania oraz dokonywania wnikliwych analiz umów i dokumentacji.
- Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego, umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację.
- Zdolności analityczne oraz umiejętność pracy w dynamicznie zmieniającym się środowisku.
- Doskonałe umiejętności organizacyjne oraz zdolność do zarządzania wieloma projektami jednocześnie.
