We are looking for a Pricing Governance Consultant to lead the development and execution of Pricing governance to support our Pricing & Analytics function. The successful candidate will be responsible for all governance activities that impact Global Pricing & Analytics and will regularly involve working closely with teams across all products, regions and the Leadership team for the function as well as with a variety of teams external to Pricing & Analytics.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
• Support the development of governance and controls for the function ensuring clear expectations, consistent tracking and aligned with Group, Divisional and external regulatory requirements
• Develop central processes to improve tracking capabilities of governance activities to improve efficiency across all regions.
• Monitor progress of governance activities (including identification of appropriate measures) across the pricing group, and facilitate reporting and prioritization
• Support the coordination of P&A projects in coordination with the Manager of Pricing Operations Projects
You will report to Manager of Pricing Operations Projects, Reinsurance.

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
• Recommend 2+ years' experience of non-life insurance pricing
• Interest in the topic of Governance
• Recommend experience in project management
• Problem solver, detail oriented , reliable, open-minded, flexible
• Strong Influencing and Negotiating Skills
• Leadership skills to work collaboratively with colleagues to build consensus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Applied Math, Statistics, or related field is a plus
