    Position Description

    -Understand and clarify business need / demand

    -Regular IT planning based on overall QIAGEN business strategy and needs

    -Evaluate best-fit IT solution for QIAGEN and prepare business case, TCO etc.

    -Prepare informed decisions / decision papers for upper management

    -Maintain and update technology architecture documentation

    -Ensure alignment with all stakeholders like Cybersecurity

    -Support projects in the initial phase with selection of right approach and solution (drive HLD/LLD creation/reveiw)

    -Work with EAM to integrate ITOI IT planning into overall DBS IT plans

    -Support SoW review

    Position Requirements

    -Diploma in IT or technical domains

    Fluency in English

    -Ability to analyze and model business processes

    -Deep analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations.

    Experience of working on large-scale projects

    -Effective stakeholder management and communication skills (verbal and written)

    -Familiar with UML, BPML

    -Strong organizational skills

    -Team work
