We are looking for
A passion for people,

Good knowledge of MS Office tools (including Excel)
Demonstrated experience in employee relations and/or performance management·
Willingness to do HR Admin tasks (benefit administration, employment contract preparation, system updates, etc).
Knowledge of Polish Labour Law·

Your role in the team
Provide support and knowledge to the business throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, and offboarding)·
Work with leaders to understand and articulate employee engagement feedback and data to improve overall culture and work environment·
Build leadership capability through coaching, advice, and learning events·
Deliver appropriate development feedback to managers and employees·
Facilitate leadership development training, lead talent planning process and outcomes with follow-up actions·
Assess employee development needs and make recommendations for appropriate solutions·
Oversee the recruitment and selection practices to ensure the greatest number of highly qualified candidates are referred for each open position;
Ensure interview and selection techniques comply with organization policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.·
Manage HR benefits as well as maintain HR databases/systems·.
Make sure that systems are correctly updated and conduct regular audits on them.
Preparing job contracts and relevant documents
Act as the point person for any HR-related questions or issues that come up·
Perform other relevant duties when needed (including covering for the Administration Employee)
