- provide support to the HR Business Partner team in implementing new programs and initiatives that will continue to develop employees and contribute positively to the culture and employee engagement.
- serves as main point of contact for HR-related inquiries and requests.
- administers various human resources procedures and assists in the development and implementation of policies, including the employee handbook and other internal procedures.
- supports workforce administration processes and data input in the HRIS, such as terminations, transfers, management assignment changes, and updates to personal data.
- delivers, and maintains associate recruitment, onboarding and off boarding activities, including leading new hire orientation
- track and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training.
- full HR day-to-day support, performance management, employee relations, and analytics reporting
- handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
- analyze HR data regularly, identifying areas for improvement in current processes.
- maintain compliance local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; review policies and procedures to maintain compliance
- bachelor's degree required, preferably in Humana Resource Management, Sociology or Psychology
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
- advanced level of written and spoken English
- strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- experience working in HRIS or HCM systems is strongly preferred
- ability to work independently and take on increasing responsibilities over time
- strict adherence to confidentiality and professionalism
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
