- Acting as a single point of contact to HGSS Leadership Team. Building relationship with leaders and managers. Supporting stakeholders in relevant financial aspect of the business delivery.
- Providing necessary finance and business analysis to support HGSS's performance measurement and decision-making
- Providing management with accurate and business relevant (action oriented) reports and commentary
- Collaborating with various departments to understand their business needs and provides expertise to support decision-making processes
- Helping to formulate, translate and/or operationalise financial policies
- Participating in Finance-related projects
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
- More than 5 years of experience in finance/ controlling area
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot, lookups, macro etc.)
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
- Project certification (CIMA/ACCA)
