    Learning and Development Specialist

    (f/m/d) (100%)

    The role is responsible to support the Corporate HR Department and the business leaders on Learning and Development area.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Coordinating the rolling out of global people development initiatives in an impactful throughout the organization
    • Training key trainers and stakeholders to support with implementing global L&D initiatives
    • Assessing the needs to adjust global L&D initiatives to local requirements and propose changes
    • Keeping stakeholders accountable with end goals and continuously follow up along the way to ensure successful implementation and achievement of set goals
    • Managing the Development Request Form Process, auditing the data, gathering feedback, and sharing final decisions with the Business and HR stakeholders
    • Coordinating together with the Corporate Head of Learning and Development the annual People Review process, tracking developmental plans and succession plans for key positions
    • Building and managing Global Talent Data Base under the guidance of the Corporate HR leadership team
    • Supporting the global onboarding process by building and developing training materials, tracking tools, training documentation and guides
    • Managing the yearly Performance Review processes and calibration meetings, rolling out materials, guiding local countries throughout the process
    • Supporting on additional Learning and Development related tasks, including coordinating external suppliers for various Learning and Development Initiatives

    Your Ideal Profile:

    • You have experience working on L&D projects in a global matrix organization (previous experience in building and delivering training is a plus)
    • You understand how L&D drives business improvement and impacts employee engagement
    • You have excellent project and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment
    • You possess strong planning and organizational capabilities as well as excellent cross functional communication skills
    • You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially PPT and XLS
    • You thrive in a dynamic working environment, and are always curious about expanding your skills and knowledge
    • You earned a bachelor's degree (ideally in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or any other related field)
    • You are fluent in English language both written and spoken
