- Implementing effective sourcing techniques to attract well-suited candidates, leveraging internal Abbott resources efficiently
- Identifying, screening, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process, providing feedback at every stage
- Ensuring a structured and competency-based interview process for each role, organizing assessment centers as necessary
- Handling salary negotiations and managing the offer process in accordance with company protocols
- Cultivating strong relationships with new and existing recruitment agencies, overseeing Preferred Supplier List (PSL) adherence to manage recruitment expenses
- Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (Workday), generating reports as needed
- Analyzing and presenting data to offer strategic market insights and conduct market research
- Developing recruitment budgets for business units, encompassing various strategies such as media channels, referrals, recruitment agencies, job fairs, websites, social media, and direct sourcing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in English; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous
- Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing through diverse tools and networks
- Strong assessment abilities to evaluate candidates' business acumen, technical expertise, and key behaviors
- Proficient in driving and overseeing the talent acquisition process to ensure client and candidate satisfaction
- Ideally, a blend of experience in agency and in-house recruitment

Your Role
This role is based at our office in Warsaw, Poland, within the EMEA Talent Acquisition Division.
Abbott's Talent Acquisition team operates on a global scale, facilitating worldwide recruitment, executive talent acquisition, Early Careers programs, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Our mission is to deliver prompt, high-quality services to our internal stakeholders while ensuring an exceptional candidate journey.
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for Hiring Managers and Candidates across various business Divisions (Medical Devices, Diagnostics, and Nutrition) and Functions (e.g., Operations, Quality, R&D, Sales).
You will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for both individual contributors and managerial roles across the entire EMEA region, collaborating with Talent Acquisition peers in multiple countries.
