- Support the team with various task, starting with order entry tasks
- Gathering knowledge to take over more difficult tasks
- Ensure timely replies to e-mails
- Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders
- Support Order Management Team in ad-hoc cases
- You are willing to learn UPM culture, processes and organization
- You are willing to work with Sales Force and learn SAP functionalities; knowledge of Order Fulfilment and Order Management tools (e.g. SAP, Sales Force, GMES) would be an asset
- You coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
- You are a team-oriented person and good networker
- You provide a solution oriented and customer focused mindset
- You have an interest to work in international teams and to cooperate with multiple teams
