- Master's degree in engineering or industrial technology
- Minimum 3 years of experience gained on a similar position
- Background derived from production and engineering is a must
- Both strategical and tactical thinking, with a proven track record of addressing challenges with innovative solutions

- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills which will foster a collaborative environment and form successful working relationships across all levels of the organization
