    Customer Service Professional with Croatian

    Location: Poland

    Your daily tasks:

    Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);

    Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;

    Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;

    What do we expect from you?

    Language: Proficiency in Croatian (C2/native) and English (B2)

    Experience: Cool if you have experience in medical project

    Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;

    Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.

    Working conditions:

    Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract);

    Basic salary + bonuses;

    Work environment: Fully remote across Poland
