- You'll be monitoring the VAT/GST, ESL, Intrastat processes for mainly PL and other countries in EMEA
- You'll manage approval for Indirect Tax return (for EMEA also EC Sales List/Purchase list/Intrastat report/Foreign Tax return/ Country specific reporting)
- You'll arrange Payments to authorities and Initiate corrections in VAT reporting /invoicing
- You'll be responsible for the Fiscal Change Process (IT): Collect and raise Fiscal Change Requests, Monitor/perform UAT
- You'll take necessary action in the process of Monitoring/closing ICS VAT related controls including reconciliation
- You are graduated with bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or have a related experience
- You already have at least 3 years of experience in Tax operations more especially with Polish VAT
- You are fluent in English and Polish
- You are eager to drive Continuous Process improvements (AP/AR/RTR/filing)
