Order Management Specialist with Italian and Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently execute daily customer orders in SAP & e-commerce portal, ensuring order management and fulfillment.
• Coordinate the end-to-end order delivery process in SAP, including master data management, pricing, and handling incidents.
• Manage delivery operations and maintain regular communication with mother plants & warehouses situated in Europe.
• Handle claims management effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.
• Oversee invoicing and manage credit/debit notes accurately.
• Provide timely responses to customer queries and ad-hoc requests related to order management, assisting in problem resolution and incident handling.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Italian (B2), Spanish (B2), English, and Polish languages.
• Prior experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, Planning/Stock Replenishment, or similar fields.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
