    As a LegalTech Specialist, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing legal systems and processes, leveraging your expertise to enhance efficiency and drive innovation. The sought-after specialist will be part of an international corporation with an impressive global reach.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • HighQ Platform Management: Oversee the standard legal system and databases, utilizing the HighQ platform for seamless operations.
    • Process Documentation and Automation: Drive process documentation and automation, creating workflows and optimizing existing processes for maximum efficiency.
    • Departmental Integration: Introduce various departments into the HighQ platform, fostering collaboration and ensuring a unified digital environment.
    • Contract Automation: Utilize Contract Express tools to automate contract processes, enhancing speed and accuracy.
    • DocuSign Management: Take charge of managing DocuSign for secure and streamlined document signing processes.
    • Training and Material Development: Conduct training sessions and develop comprehensive training materials to empower teams in utilizing legal technologies effectively.
    • Intranet Pages Design: Design and maintain Intranet pages dedicated to the legal department, facilitating efficient communication and information sharing.
    • Project Team Support: Provide support and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and onboarding to maintenance.
    • User Access Coordination: Coordinate user access and permissions within the system and OneLogin tool, ensuring secure and seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) access.
    • Tech Support Liaison: Act as the main contact for communication with Thomson Reuters' tech support, addressing system improvements, updates, and technical issues.
    • System Monitoring and License Management: Monitor system usage, manage licenses, and prepare data for future license contract negotiations.

    Requirements:

    • Knowlege of HighQ platform.
    • Experience in setting up and maintaining database structures.
    • Fluency in English.
    • IT and Tech affinity with a keen interest in legal tech tools.
    • Project management skills and a commitment to timelines.
    • Understanding of data analysis and reporting.
    • Skills in process mapping and Excel proficiency (knowledge of macros would be an advantage).
    • Understanding of multi-divisional business and corporate structure.
    • Exemplary personal and professional integrity with high business ethics.
    • Intercultural competence, commitment to diversity, and respectful communication.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to explain complex subjects and understand new concepts.
