- SOC Manager will be responsible for establishing, expanding, and overseeing the operations of a Security Operations Center focused on serving external small and medium-sized customers worldwide. This leadership role is critical for ensuring the SOC.
- In this role you will lead a team of security analysts and professionals. In your scope of duties will be hiring, training, and managing the SOC staff. This includes assigning tasks, setting performance expectations, providing feedback, and promoting professional development.
- You will ensure the effective response to security incidents by monitoring customers' assets as managed SOC service. The SOC Manager will develop and implement incident response plans, establish processes and procedures, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and effective incident resolution.

- Policy and Procedure Development
- Collaborating with global related organizations
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering, or equivalent practical experience in IT and/or networking roles
- 7+ years of experience of Security Operations management, incident response, SOC
- 4+ years of experience of handling SOC
- Experience with working in a 24/7/ operational environment.
- Experience with managing or directing a SOC or SOC equivalent organization
- Advanced knowledge of best practice standards and procedures regarding information systems applications security, data security, and infrastructure security.
- Strong time management and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize and drive to results with a high emphasis on quality.

Our Digital Operations Centre in Warsaw is a management center for key IT services. The center was established in and now employs more than specialists based out of Poland along with satellite teams in South Africa and Malaysia. Currently DOC provides services in scope of Service Desk, AV, Cloud Infrastructure Management and more to various organizations across Europe as well as internationally.
Currently we are developing our Digital Operations Center, creating a new team of Security Operations Center, that will be part of Ricoh's global team that provides soc services for clients in EMEA region.
