- Experience working with documents (contracts, acts, invoices, etc.);
- experience with calculations, both individual and for businesses (banking, internet banking, online payments, conversions, compliance, etc.);
- proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets;
- strong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- effective and professional communication skills. Ability to build trusting relationships and find common ground with different individuals;
- Proficiency in English and Polish languages above intermediate level.
- Monthly calculations with individual contractors and companies according to specific compensation models, following a consistent schedule:
-Regular data collection (via bot and individually);
-Information processing (recording all calculations in an internal log);
-Preparation or assistance in preparing reporting/payment documents (using templates);
-Distribution and monitoring of signing of reporting/payment documents;
-Monitoring payment deadlines. - Interacting with banks in case of issues with bank transfers, online payments, etc.
- Continuous monitoring of the relevance of data regarding employees, contractors, and partners, and maintaining a database and archive: Identifying, contact, and payment details, addresses, legal statuses, contract deadlines, etc.
