    Na czym polegać będzie Twoja praca?

    • Zajmiesz się budowaniem i utrzymaniem wysokiego zaangażowania oraz motywacji pracowników Customer Experience
    • Opracujesz plan działań budujących zaangażowanie i będziesz go wdrażać
    • Poprowadzisz E2E działania w obszarach: motywacji i docenienia (recognition), mające na celu budowanie zaangażowania pracowników i wspierające realizację celów obszarowych
    • Poprowadzisz działania mające na celu zatrzymanie talentów i zmniejszenie rotacji pracowników
    • Będziesz współpracować z osobami zarządzającymi obszarem CX w zakresie realizacji ustalonych działań motywacyjnych
    • Będziesz współpracować z zespołami Customer Experience, a także innymi obszarami w organizacji m. in.: HR, prawnym, PR
    • Przeanalizujesz dane operacyjne i jakościowe, w celu oceny skuteczności realizowanych działań
    • Przygotujesz prezentacje zawierające dane i rekomendacje, następnie na tej podstawie będziesz wdrażać usprawnienia

    Ta oferta jest dla Ciebie, jeśli:

    • Masz min. 2 lata doświadczenia popartego sukcesami w realizacji podobnych zadań
    • Znasz specyfikę pracy contact center (m. in.: praca 24h/7 dni, zmianowość, multikanałowość kontaktów)
    • Samodzielnie realizujesz działania, umiejętnie zarządzasz czasem i zadaniami pod presją terminów
    • Jesteś kreatywny/a w opracowywaniu programów i metod angażowania odbiorców w osiągnięcie celu
    • Potrafisz budować relacje z grupą docelową realizowanych działań, ich liderami i managerami oraz z zespołami współpracującymi, masz wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne
    • Jesteś zaangażowany/a i empatyczny/a, dzięki czemu potrafisz określić, co jest najważniejsze dla odbiorców realizowanych działań
    • Potrafisz umiejętnie zarządzać wieloma projektami i zadaniami jednocześnie
    • Płynnie komunikujesz się w języku angielskim (B2/C1)
