- Lead and manage the UAT team across multiple projects, ensuring effective execution of UAT strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Develop, implement, and oversee robust UAT plans, including test case creation, execution, and result analysis.
- Facilitate strong collaboration across various teams and departments, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide regular status updates to senior management, maintaining transparency and visibility of UAT progress.
- Establish and maintain strong governance framework to ensure adherence to testing protocols and alignment with project timelines.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Support business in assessing UAT outcomes to aid in the Go/No-Go decision-making process.
- Support Model Office Testing to ensure that all the business requirements are met before the go-live date.
- Proven experience in leading UAT teams and managing complex UAT plans in a dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, capable leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to provide clear and concise reporting to senior management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in financial services or technology sectors is highly desirable.
- Readiness to work late shifts, demonstrating flexibility to accommodate US working hours. Preferably till pm CET
