- Experience in Java programming and Microservices
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to support and maintain cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Excel, including building reports, pivot tables, and visually presenting data
- Proficiency in time and task management skills
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written is mandatory
- Effective Communication skills
- Embrace the challenges of working in a fast-paced support environment, showcasing your positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to stay on full-time after the internship
- Experience with working with official documents
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering
- Understanding of ITIL v3/v4
- German language proficiency (min B2) is preferred
- 2 months full-time paid internship
