- Analyse and respond to user's queries
- Analyse and resolve any transactional or operational issues
- Check and approve complex travel expense pending exception from Concur in accordance with the travel expense policy of the country
- Contact point for employees in term of inquiries for travel expense reimbursement
- Follow up with employees on failed expense payment, potential duplicate expense claims and multiple expense reports
- Ensure compliance to 3M Financial Standard, SOX and other regulations
- Students (preferably final years) with availability of min. 30h/week
- Knowledge of English language
