- Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including forms, workflows, and modules.
- Manage and optimize the incident management process in ServiceNow.
- Oversee the service request process, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Manage problem records and contribute to proactive problem management practices.
- Maintain the service catalog, ensuring it aligns with business needs.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track platform performance and KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration, including modules like Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request.
- Proficiency in designing and configuring workflows in ServiceNow.
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems using tools like REST and SOAP APIs.
- Ability to create and manage reports and dashboards in ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow custom application development.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript.
- Knowledge of creating and maintaining a service catalog in ServiceNow.
- English language skills at least at level B2.
- Certification in ServiceNow System Administration.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery and understanding of CMDB concepts.
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Knowledge of IntegrationHub for automating workflows.
- Experience in ServiceNow Orchestration for process automation.
