- Graduate with +3 years of prior experience of working in a busy, high volume and results focused administrative environment. Shared Service Centre experience an advantage but not mandatory;
- Must have fluent communication skills in English and other language both verbal and written; min. B2/C1 level;
- Hands-on experience on HR systems, like Workday and ServiceNow will be an added advantage;
- Relevant HR experience supporting countries in EMEA is preferable;
- Experience of working in structured HR processes and procedures, strict adherence to SLA with focus in quality and service excellence;
- Excellent in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Ability to work towards tight timescales with high volumes;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Results oriented with the drive to complete a task/project;
- Responds positively to change.
