    Opis

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Unit Separation Manager to join our team in Warsaw. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the separation business unit, including strategic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the market and the competitors to create a market map and customer segmentation and targeting
  • Create business development plan based on the Sales company strategy and targets
  • Holding seminars and trainings for key stakeholders is an important part of your job
  • Create needs in the market by being close to the market
  • Coordinate and support the division to analyze and prioritize the business opportunities to get the business growth
  • Lead a sales team

    • Your Ideal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Working experience in food processing industry and waste water field would be beneficial
  • Strong business acumen, with a track record of successful business strategy development and implementation
  • In-depth knowledge of separation technologies, processes, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, financial analysis, and project management
  • People management skills and experience in leading team
  • Fluency in English and Polish
