- Manage and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely handling
- Collaborate with accountants to confirm proper booking and compliance with financial regulations
- Monitor and report on time spent on various projects and the respective billing rates
- Prepare and present financial and operational reports to management, highlighting performance and areas for improvement
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial presentations and reports
- Support the company's operational initiatives
- Support in creating internal processes to improve the organization's operations
- Proven organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of PowerBI are nice to have
- Basic understanding of accounting, tax and finance
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with different departments and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Educational background in finance, accounting, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level
- Ability to establish and document processes
