- Performing day-to-day tasks connected with the billing process
- Comply with the firm's policies and any other obligations, and effectively manage risks to the firm where those risks relate to this role
- Ensuring top quality of invoices sent to the Clients
- Sending out invoices to Clients and submitting e-Billed invoices in e-Billing platforms
- Coordination of the billing process for the assigned Partners
- Generation of various WIP reports for the Billing Team members
- Supporting colleagues and resolving standard cases to meet Client satisfaction
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (Partners, Personal Assistants, Local Finance Teams)
- Collaborate with the Revenue Management Team and support in finding improvements of the billing process
- Ensuring professional relations
- Professional experience - at least 2 years of experience in the Finance area, and billing will be a huge plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both in writing and speaking (C1 level)
- Good Legal / Financial knowledge
- Knowledge of the Elite system and of e-Billing platforms would be an advantage
- Experience in working with internal and external clients, excellent customer service focus
