Your daily duties will encompass the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing potential candidates to negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding. Your tasks will also include maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our industry trends, contributing to talent acquisition strategies, and consistently driving towards hiring goals.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
• Willingness to undergo a 4-month fully paid training in Athens, Greece
