- Liaise with local markets/franchises to understand business processes and system requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements with the support of a business analyst.
- Lead business UAT by running testing sessions with end users, and manage communication between local business and IT developers.
- Support go-live activities: organizing local training sessions, setting up recurrent training post-implementation, and supporting training queries from local users together with the CPQ Platform Specialist.
- Use CPQ usage data to provide clear recommendations to leadership around areas of improvement such as average gross margin, number of escalations, and % of approved quotes vs. rejected quotes.
- Understand new business needs, capture business impact and priorities for further evaluation with CPQ Platform Owner.
- Act as representative of the business on IT discussions around new requirements, being able to make the "bridge" between business and business analyst.
- 5 years of relevant experience as a data or business analyst.
- Experience in commercial business processes e.g. finance, sales or pricing analytics
- Experience within the Medical devices, equipment, and hospital or pharmaceutical supplies sectors (nice to have)
- Analytical/Technical Expertise – knowing the business and providing insight and direction into complex areas

- Communication - conveying complex information (both oral and written) and actively engaging all stakeholders toward understanding of the issues, consensus, solution, and action.
