    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic CEE finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data, as well as providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive business performance.

    Your Job

    Financial Planning and Analysis:

    • Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
    • Conduct a thorough analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, and providing insights to assist in strategic decision-making.
    • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and variance analysis.
    Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Work closely with department heads to understand their financial needs, providing guidance on budgeting and cost control measures.
    Financial Modelling:
    • Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess the impact of various business scenarios and initiatives.
    • Perform sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential risks and opportunities, contributing to informed decision-making.
    Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights, trends, and anomalies.
    • Create and automate financial reports to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.
    Profitability Analysis:
    • Evaluate product and service profitability, providing recommendations for pricing strategies and cost optimization.
    • Assess the financial impact of new business initiatives and investments.
    Financial Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
    • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
    Ad-Hoc Analysis:
    • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support special projects and strategic initiatives.
    • Respond to management inquiries by providing timely and accurate financial information.

    Your profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
    • 1-3 years experience as a Financial Analyst, Consulting, Investment Banking, or in a similar role.
    • Strong proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
    • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and financial management systems.
    • Exceptional analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in a language from one of the CEE region is an advantage.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
